If you're experiencing difficulties receiving calls or texts, this can be due to a number of reasons:
- Your device may be connected to a weak or unstable network. Try switching to a different network. If you’re using mobile data, connect to Wi-Fi and see if that helps.
- Close any apps you're not using that are running in the background. Make sure Tango is still running and hasn’t been closed by accident.
- Check if your friend is on your BLOCK list by mistake.
- Your device settings might be stopping calls and notifications.
