For iOS users
If you made a purchase with your Apple ID, please remember that refunds are handled by Apple, not Azar.
To request a refund from Apple, follow these steps:
- Visit Apple's website and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Click on "I'd like to." and select "Request a refund."
- Pick the reason for your refund, then click "Next."
- Select the item you bought and click "Submit."
For Android users
To better help you, please go to your profile and tap on the Settings icon. Then tap on Help center, submit a request with the following information:
1. The reason why you would like a refund
2. An image of your Google Play receipt including Order ID (Starts with GPA), Total Amount, and Date.
