How to delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go. If there's anything we can do to address your concerns, please let us know. However, if you still wish to delete your Aveola account, you can use one of the methods described below.

To delete of your Aveola account in the mobile app:

1. Click Profile button on the video chat section.
2. Click Settings (gear icon) at the top right corner.
3. Click Account in the list.
4. Click red text Delete account.
5. Confirm that you want to Delete Account.

To delete of your Aveola account on the web:

1. Go to the Settings page. If you are not logged in to your Aveol account, you will be asked to log in first.
2. Click Delete Account button.
3. Select one of the reasons for account deletion.
4. Click Delete Account.
